Service Division

Our Service Division provides energy management programs for a variety of businesses in the northeast Ohio area. We cover both interior and exterior lighting systems with our on call service and scheduled maintenance programs. On Call Service Program
While a scheduled maintenance contract is typically the best solution for your lighting maintenance needs, we also acknowledge some companies would rather pay for service as the need arises. Lighting Services strives to provide timely on call service at competitive rates. We keep a record of the work performed and the material installed, so that our technicians arrive on-site with the correct material and are ready to complete the call on the first trip.

Scheduled Maintenance Program
Lighting Services offers bi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly service contracts with terms customized to each customer. At the interval set in the contract, one of our lighting technicians will service your interior and exterior lighting systems. All failed lamps and ballasts are replaced and any other system components (fixtures, emergency lights) can be serviced. As always, Lighting Services will recycle all used lamps and ballasts and provide a certificate from the recycler upon request.
